S.H. Figuarts Series

S.H.Figuarts is a series of palm-sized action figures launched by Bandai in February 2008 with Kamen Rider 1 and Kamen Rider V3 from Kamen Rider The Next, and part of Bandai Spirits’ Tamashii Nations since April 2018. “S.H.” stands for “Simple style & Heroic action”: the line succeeded Souchaku Henshin, dropping its armour-swapping to focus on proportions, sculpt, articulation and paint, with figures about 14 cm tall. Initially centred on Kamen Rider, it has expanded to manga, anime, games, films, American comics and real people, with franchises such as Dragon Ball, Ultraman and Marvel.
