Gundam • Perfect Grade

Perfect Grade (PG) is Bandai’s top Gunpla grade of 1/60 scale plastic model kits, launched in November 1998 for the 20th anniversary of Gunpla with the RX-78-2 Gundam. Aiming to be the “ultimate Gunpla”, the kits reproduce the internal structure in more detail than Master Grade, with a fully articulated inner frame covered by separate armour panels, and use die-cast metal parts and LED lighting. The range focuses on popular main-character mobile suits, and only a few kits have been released. Its updated version, Perfect Grade Unleashed, began with the RX-78-2 Gundam in December 2020. Since 2018 it has been produced by Bandai Spirits.
