Swamp Thing

Kenner’s Swamp Thing line was launched in 1990 as the counterpart of the Swamp Thing animated series, with action figures, vehicles and playsets. The first series offered five versions of Swamp Thing (Bio-Glow, Camouflage, Capture, Snap Up and Snare Arm), the heroes Bayou Jack and Tomahawk, and Anton Arcane with his Un-Men Dr. Deemo, Skinman and Weed Killer. The villains come with translucent rubbery BioMask accessories and have glow-in-the-dark eyes. Vehicles and playsets included the Bog Rover, Marsh Buggy, Bayou Blaster, Swamp Trap and Transducer, and a second series in 1991 added Climbing Swamp Thing.
