Detonator was a M.A.S.K. Series 4 (Split Seconds) vehicle released by Kenner in 1988, a classic Volkswagen that splits into a hovercraft and an attack bike. The hovercraft features a turbine and a swivelling gunner's seat with pivoting thunder missiles, while the separate attack bike carries a mortar unit. In keeping with the Split Seconds gimmick, it came with a holographic "Computer Image" driver, assigned to Jacques "Trailblazer" LeFleur with his New Maraj mask. As part of the final wave, Detonator was among the last vehicles of the original toyline.
