Jacques “Trailblazer” LeFleur

Jacques "Trailblazer" LeFleur is a Canadian agent of M.A.S.K. (Mobile Armored Strike Kommand), the secret task force led by Matt Trakker. Aged twenty-eight and carrying the codename "Trailblazer," he hails from Québec and speaks with a thick French accent, peppering his speech with French words. In civilian life he works as a lumberjack and carpenter, and his experience in Canada's harshest terrain has made him one of the team's bravest and toughest agents. Within M.A.S.K. he serves as a natural-disaster specialist, a rescue and harsh-terrain expert, an outdoorsman, and a martial arts master. He is the regular driver of Volcano, an all-terrain van with monster-truck-style wheels that converts into a high-rise tracker, which he handles with total precision alongside co-pilot Matt Trakker; he later pilots vehicles such as Glider Strike and Detonator. His mask, Maraj, creates an invisible energy field that can camouflage him and his vehicle and repel enemy attacks. Appearing mainly in the first season, he was voiced in the animated series by Brendan McKane and first appeared in the episode "The Lost Fleet."
