Stinger
Stinger is a toy that was released in Series 3 of the LJN Toyline. This character never appeared in any episode of the ThunderCats (original series). The Stinger did however appear in a story in the ThunderCats 1989 Annual published by Marvel Comics UK. The toy featured the "Battle-Matic Action" whereby pressing the lever on its abdomen caused its wings to flap. The figure also had poseable arms and legs. The Stinger's 6 wings were made of thin clear plastic. It also had a helmet which sported two big yellow eyes and was connected by a pipe to its back.
On most LJN catalogues and card backs, The Driller , The Stinger and the unproduced The Mad Bubbler were featured together collectively as "The Ram-Pagers".
