ThunderCats • Original Series

LJN’s original ThunderCats toy line, made under licence from Telepictures from 1985 to 1987 in three series, in competition with Mattel’s Masters of the Universe. The 5.5-inch figures had Battle-Matic action arms, and Lion-O’s and Mumm-Ra’s eyes lit up with a battery-powered key ring. The range also included vehicles, the Cat’s Lair playset from 1985, and PVC companions such as WilyKat packed with some figures in 1986.
