Vandal was a VENOM Series 4 (Split Seconds) vehicle released by Kenner in 1988, a front-end loader that splits into a Recon Craft and a Dirt Tractor. The Recon Craft features a fold-down air foil and cockpit, armed with fog launchers and sting detonator missiles, while the Dirt Tractor has a fold-up windshield, armed with powerblasters and a torpedo cannon missile. In keeping with the Split Seconds gimmick, it came with a holographic "Computer Image" driver, assigned to Floyd "Birdman" Malloy with his New Buckshot mask. Like all Split Seconds vehicles, Vandal never appeared in the animated series.
