Floyd “Birdman” Malloy

Floyd "Birdman" Malloy is an agent of VENOM (Vicious Evil Network of Mayhem), the criminal organization led by Miles Mayhem. Aged thirty-one and carrying the codename "Birdman," he is a former biker gang leader who became the team's expert forger and counterfeiter; sources also list a colourful past that includes work as a forgery artist and even a previous stint as an IRS field auditor. Rough, tough, and somewhat off-kilter, he detests his given name and insists that others call him "Birdman" instead of Floyd. Introduced late in the series, he appears in only about a dozen episodes and is usually seen taking orders from his superiors, Mayhem or Vanessa Warfield. A reckless and skilled motorcyclist, he stands as an indirect rival to fellow VENOM rider Sly Rax, though unlike Rax he shows no ambition to challenge Mayhem's leadership. Within VENOM he pilots Vampire, a touring motorcycle that transforms into a flying "Turbo Cycle," and later the vehicle Vandal. His mask, Buckshot, launches ball bearings at his pursuers, while a New Buckshot mask is associated with his Split Seconds vehicle. In the animated series he was voiced by Brendan McKane and first appeared in the episode "The Spectre of Captain Kidd."

Abilities : Floyd is an expert forger and counterfeiter and a reckless, skilled motorcyclist who pilots Vampire, a touring motorcycle that converts into a flying Turbo Cycle. His Buckshot mask launches ball bearings to trip up pursuers.
