Switchblade was a VENOM Series 1 vehicle released by Kenner in 1985, a futuristic helicopter that transforms into a jet fighter. Its rotor folds away and the airframe reconfigures for high-speed flight, and it can fire its weapons in both helicopter and jet modes. The set was packaged with VENOM's leader Miles "Wolf" Mayhem and his Viper mask, which spits a corrosive poison. As Mayhem's signature aircraft, Switchblade first appeared in the pilot episode "The Deathstone."
