Rescue Mission was a M.A.S.K. Adventure Pack released by Kenner in 1987, a smaller set built around a single agent equipped for forest rescue missions rather than a large vehicle, and was sold in the US market as the Forest Adventure Pack. Its gear included a backpack that doubled as a radio generator, skis that form a rotor blade on a ravine spanner, and a grappling launcher with grappling hooks. The set was packaged with Bruce "Magic" Sato and his Grasshopper mask, which lets him leap amazing distances. As an Adventure Pack, Rescue Mission equipped an agent for a forest rescue.
