Cliff “Blaster” Dagger

Cliff "Blaster" Dagger is an agent of VENOM (Vicious Evil Network of Mayhem), the criminal organization led by Miles Mayhem. Aged twenty-seven and carrying the codename "Blaster," he serves as the team's demolitions expert and resident strongman, working by trade as a mercenary and arsonist. Big, muscular, and short on intelligence, he is the archetypal brutish henchman, often paired with the equally thuggish Sly Rax. Within VENOM he pilots Jackhammer, a Ford Bronco that converts into an armored combat vehicle with a rotating anti-aircraft turret. His mask, Torch, functions as a portable flamethrower, spewing fire at his enemies, and in some appearances he uses a Blaster mask that fires laser beams. Vanessa Warfield occasionally rides along with him, manning Jackhammer's turret. For all his physical power, his lack of cunning means he is regularly outwitted by the agents of M.A.S.K. In the animated series he was voiced by Mark Halloran and first appeared in the pilot episode "The Deathstone."
