Alex “Megabyte” Sector

Alex "Megabyte" Sector is a British-born agent of M.A.S.K. (Mobile Armored Strike Kommand) and one of the team's most senior members at forty-two. In civilian life he is a veterinarian and the owner of an exotic pet store, which feeds his deep expertise in zoology. Within M.A.S.K. he serves as the computer and communications specialist, and according to the team's database he also commands knowledge of botany, metallurgy, and a broad range of other sciences. He acts as systems commander aboard the battle truck Rhino, coordinating the team's data and communications from the field. He is also closely tied to Boulder Hill, the group's headquarters, and later pilots the vehicle known as The Collector. His primary mask, Jackrabbit, surrounds him in an antigravity field that lets him leap into the air and fly short distances. In the second season he gains the Disruptor mask, which generates radar interference to confound the enemy. Calm, intelligent, and quietly capable, Alex is the technical backbone of many of the team's missions. In the animated series he was voiced by Brendan McKane and first appeared in the pilot episode "The Deathstone."
