Maximus “Maxie” Mayhem

Maximus "Maxie" Mayhem is the younger twin brother of Miles Mayhem, the leader of VENOM (Vicious Evil Network of Mayhem). Introduced in the show's second season, the Racing Series, he joins the organization to work alongside his brother against M.A.S.K. As an identical twin, he closely resembles Miles, distinguished mainly by his lighter gray hair, a monocle, and a green stone on his mask rather than a red one. Though weak-willed and less malevolent than his brother, he remains a dangerous opponent. He often urges Miles to pursue wealth and power through legitimate means, arguing it would profit them more than their constant evil schemes. In one storyline he genuinely believes the brothers are turning over a new leaf, and his anger when Miles reveals it was only a ruse stems chiefly from having been deceived rather than from any moral objection. Alongside Miles he co-pilots Buzzard, a Formula 1-style racing car that can split into a drone-controlled jet and two motorcycles, one driven by each brother. His mask, Deep Freeze, allows him to generate walls of ice. In the animated series he was voiced by Doug Stone.
