Tonka™ – Checklists
Tonka is an American toy brand founded on June 22, 1946, in Mound, Minnesota, by Lynn Everett Baker, Avery F. Crounse and Alvin F. Tesch, first to make garden tools. It became famous for its steel toy trucks and construction machines, and in the 1980s also sold the GoBots and Rock Lords transforming robots. Tonka was an independent manufacturer until its sale to Hasbro in 1991.
