Spiral Zone Series

Tonka action figure line based on Spiral Zone, released in 1987. Tonka licensed the Spiral Zone name and concept from Bandai, which had sold its own 1/12-scale SF Spiral Zone figures in Japan since 1985, but designed its own seven-inch figures, incompatible with Bandai’s. The range set the Zone Riders against the Black Widows and included vehicles, cloth uniforms and equipment sets, each figure coming with an audio cassette.
