The Crow
The Crow is a comic book series created by James O’Barr, first published in 1989, about a man brought back from the dead by a crow to avenge his murder. It was adapted into the 1994 film The Crow, directed by Alex Proyas and starring Brandon Lee, who died in an accident on set, followed by sequels, a television series and a 2024 remake.
On Devil's Night in Detroit, the rock musician Eric Draven and his fiancée Shelly Webster are murdered by a gang working for the crime lord Top Dollar. One year later, a crow brings Eric back from the grave; with white face paint and supernatural powers, he hunts down the killers one by one, watched over by the young Sarah.
