After fifteen years of unjust imprisonment, the barber Benjamin Barker returns to Victorian London as Sweeney Todd, determined to take revenge on Judge Turpin, who sentenced him to steal his wife and daughter. Above the pie shop of Mrs. Lovett, he reopens his barber's parlour and starts slitting his customers' throats, while she bakes their remains into meat pies.
