The Flasher Gremlin appears in both films. The first one invaded Kingston Falls, and the second one spawned at Clamp Center. Flasher gremlins will wear a trenchcoat and a pair of sunglasses, taking every opportunity to flash themselves to whoever. The Kingston Falls Flasher seemed to have an interest in Kate Beringer. He was holding a cigarette in his mouth and does his flashing just for fun, even though he really doesn't have anything to flash.
