TMNT • Original Series

Playmates Toys’ original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure line, launched in summer 1988 and produced until 1997. Over those ten years Playmates made around 400 figures and dozens of vehicles and playsets. Staff artists at Mirage Studios, the Turtles’ creators in Northampton, Massachusetts, provided concept designs for many of the figures, vehicles and playsets and are credited on their packaging.
