Delete Account

You can delete your Collectibles Wiki account at any time, from the Oozaruu app (published by YOOLK SASU) or from the website.

In the Oozaruu app

Open Profile › Delete my account, enter your password, then open the confirmation link we send you by email.

On the website

Sign in, open Edit profile, then use Delete my account at the bottom of the page. Here too, the deletion is confirmed by a link sent by email.

Without signing in

Write to privacy@collectibles.wiki from the email address of your account.

What is deleted

Your account, profile, bookmarks, folders, collection records and app sessions are deleted. Photos already published on toy pages stay in the wiki under the wiki licence, as stated in the Community Creation Policy. Moderation records may be kept as described in the Privacy Policy.

The confirmation link is valid for 24 hours. If you did not ask for the deletion, ignore the email: nothing is deleted.

Delete some of your data

You do not have to delete your account to remove part of your data. In the Oozaruu app or on the website:

• remove a toy from your collection (open the toy, then Edit › Remove);
• delete a folder;
• remove a theme from your favorites;
• remove your profile picture (Profile › Settings);
• sign out a connected device (Profile › Connected devices).

Removed items are deleted at once. For anything else, such as a published photo, write to privacy@collectibles.wiki from the email address of your account.
